Daily Scrum Time Keeper (DSTimeK) - helps you stick to your allotted time for speaking

In situazioni in cui più persone con pari diritti si scambiano informazioni in un determinato tempo, può essere utilizzato il Daily Scrum Time Keeper. Questa App ti assicurerà, che ogni partecipante avrà la possibilità di dire la sua.
Prima di ogni riunione l App suddividerà il tempo totale a disposizione con il numero dei partecipanti, i quali si scambieranno le informazioni. Durante la riunione potrà essere usato lo smart phone come testimone e questo verrà passato da parlante a parlante. Durante ciò vengono usati allarmi (effetti ottici, toni configurabili e vibrazione) in tal modo ti far rispettare il tempo disponibile.
La Daily Scrum Time Keeper App e stata ideata , per l uso nel Daily Scrum (un raduno giornaliero di una durata ad esempio di 15 minuti) in base alla metodologia Scrum dalla gestione di progetti (Project Management). Ma può essere utilizzata anche senza problemi in altre situazione giornaliere in cui e importante mantenere un tempo massimo prestabilito.

Main functions:
- the timer divides the meeting time by the number of participants to calculate the talking time
- uses alerts when the talking time is over (visualized by red color, sound played, device vibrates)
- creates further alerts each minute if the speaker keeps talking
- offers a PAUSE button, that participants can press in case of interruptions (like side talks...) - pausing will play a gentle music for 30 seconds which can be stopped at any time
- uses big digits that can be easily recognized even from meters away
- can add participants during a running daily scrum (divides the remaining scheduled time by the remaining members + 1)
- can play different sounds, also fun sounds

- the timer can be run without adverts and using an internet connection (no disturbing popups during your daily)
